Before using our services all users must create a profile consisting of all information requested.
All personal information of all users will be kept private and not exposed in any manner.
All orders will be processed after payment was recieved and cleared to merchant and will be shipped there after.
Delivery dates may vary depending on stock and location.
Once packages was delivered,the user will have 4 days to give feedback regarding any order complaints via email.
Strickly 5 days exchange policy will be applied on specific products.
No refunds of exchanges will be done on personalized items.
Exchanges on items will be done after request from user for valid reasons.
We have the right to refuse exchanges if reasons to not for the criteria.
All orders will be packed and sealed for delivery and will be handed to courier for shipment and delivery.
We will not be liable for any loss and damages for orders after shipment takes place, therefore the courier company will be responsible.
Please ensure to retain all proof of payments aswell as order receipts.
